2. Secure Your Spot
Save your spot with a 50% deposit.As soon as you make your deposit, you'll get an email with a link to schedule your strategy calls.
The balance is due before your site launches.
Should you need a payment plan, please let us know so we can work out an arrangement.

3. Schedule Strategy Calls
We’ll schedule 2 strategy calls — a 60-minute website strategy call to review the process and to talk through what’s needed; and another 60-minute content and SEO keyword research call, which kicks off the copywriting process.At this time, we’ll also request all your assets like images, logos, fonts, etc.

4. A Superfine Website Build
Once you hand over all your website assets and approve your copy, we'll start creating your masterpiece.Within 4-6 weeks (depending on the scope of work and your spot on our calendar), you'll have a brand-spanking-new website highlighting everything your business offers.

5. Website Pre-Launch
After we build your site, we take you into pre-launch mode!Think… final website review, link testing, last-minute changes, backend SEO, etc.
This is also when your balance is due - it’s the last step before your website goes live.

When creating a new website, high-quality imagery can truly enhance the overall look and feel of your business and services.
We strongly recommend working with a local photographer who understands your unique vision to ensure that your website features the best possible visuals.
We've also created a free guide to help you communicate your needs and ensure that you get the perfect shots.
However, we understand that time and budget constraints may make it difficult to arrange for professional photography.
In such cases, stock imagery and existing photos can be used.
While we recommend avoiding stock imagery whenever possible, we understand it can be a viable option.
Additionally, if you have a friend or acquaintance with a high-quality mobile phone camera, they can take photos for you.

To secure your website build, we ask for a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due before the website goes "live." Final work won’t be released until the balance is paid.
Due to the nature of this work (we put a lot of time, effort, and love into our builds!), deposits and full payments are non-refundable.

Squarespace hosting fees are not included in our fee (and will be paid to Squarespace directly).
Prices vary based on plans. Basic websites (without e-commerce) are $276/yr. E-Commerce sites are $324 per year or $588 per year depending on the package.
Paying by the year will save you 30%. And you'll receive 20% off your first year because Superfine Social is a circle member of Squarespace.
You'll also get one professional email from Google for FREE for one year (i.e. yourname@yourbusiness.com).
Additional expenses may include purchased stock photography, plug-ins, and custom coding. You may also want a CRM system, etc.
These expenses will be discussed and noted during our Discovery Call.

If you’re looking for a WordPress designer, we have someone we highly recommend.
As for Wix, Weebly, etc., we recommend doing a Google or Instagram search to explore your options.
If you’re not sure which platform is right for you, please reach out, and let’s discuss your business, needs, and goals.
We’ve seen many business owners go down the WordPress path only to be very disappointed because they’re unable to make edits and maintain the site themselves.
WordPress is a great platform, but only certain businesses need it.
