Coaching Calls and Co-Working are held Bi-Monthly on Tuesdays, 12-2pm ET via Zoom.
All sessions will be recorded, and every member will have access.
You do not need to attend "live," but we strongly encourage it as that’s how we learn and grow from the community.
If you cannot attend, you may submit your questions in advance. They will be answered during our coaching call, after which you will receive the replay.

Yes, that would be ideal!
If you're investing in a new website, good-quality imagery will showcase your business even better.
We highly recommend working with a "local to you" photographer. And, to ensure you get the exact shots you need, we have a guide to help you plan.
If budget or time doesn't allow for new photos, you can use stock imagery (even if we prefer not to!) and photos you have.
Or ask someone you know to take some shots of you with their mobile phone. As long as the photos are high-resolution and not blurry, you'll be good.

Why? Because to keep it fair to the group, we need to keep the conversation focused on Squarespace.
If you're looking to DIY anything besides Squarespace, our best suggestion is to search Google or Instagram for a WordPress Coach, etc.
That said, we HIGHLY recommend you contact us if you're on the fence about moving into Squarespace. Many folks think they need to stay where they are — and it's simply not true.
We'll tell you if we think you're better off in WordPress…
But know we'll never tell you you're better off in Wix, Weebly, or GoDaddy. We find these website builders to be sub-par in comparison.

Basic websites (without e-commerce) are $276/yr.
E-Commerce sites are $324 per year or $588 per year, depending on the package.
Paying by the year will save you 30%.

You'll also get one professional email from Google for FREE for one year (i.e. yourname@yourbusiness.com).

As you build your website, you will have questions AND you will want help and support navigating through.
Which is why we offer live coaching and support sessions every Tuesday, 12-2pm ET (with an amended summer and holiday schedule).
We strongly suggest you show up live because you're more likely to implement what you've learned and if you have any questions you'll be able to ask in real time.
Plus, we can pull up your website and make edits right then and there!
That said, every session will be recorded so you can access the materials whenever works for you.
If you can’t make it, you can submit your questions in advance.
You'll also have the Private Slack Community for support.
However, this is not an opportunity for private 1:1 coaching because you missed class and/or didn't watch the replay.
Building a successful website is a commitment. We promise to show up and give you our best, and in return we ask you to do the same.

That depends… there are so many variables that make this a tricky question to answer.
That said, we’ve noticed it typically takes around 3 months (from start to finish).
It can certainly happen in 2-4 weeks, but it depends on how clear you are and how much time you can devote to doing the tasks to make it happen.
We like to focus on helping you build a quality website that helps build your business.
If that means you need 3 months, you’re much better off than throwing something together in a week.
If it takes you 6+ months, that’s a-okay too!
You’re on your own timeline — we’re just here to support you.

Yes, but please know the lessons have been specifically designed for coaches.
If you’re an online service provider, this course can help you build a really good website, but the language we use when explaining everything is for coaches.
We say yes because there’s a lot of info any business owner on the DIY journey could use.
That said, if you have a brick-and-mortar or product-based (e-commerce) business, this is not the course for you. You need different strategies and systems.
Reach out if you want to discuss your business, needs, and goals further before deciding if this is the right course for you.

However, we believe there are other platforms best suited for this.
If you do want to use Squarespace, there are 3 plans available The one we suggest is the highest plan, at $420 per year.
If you already have a platform that's currently housing your course or membership, contact us so we can suggest the best option for you.
Your website and course/membership do NOT need to be on the same platform. It only makes sense in certain cases — let's discuss yours.

Squarespace will give you up to 30 minutes of video hosting with your plan (courses and memberships get up to 50 hours on the highest plan).
If you have a lot of videos, we recommend housing them on Vimeo or YouTube and embedding them into your website.

If these payment processors are not your solution, other e-commerce carts can be embedded into your Squarespace website or connected via a subdomain.

With that said, if you are looking to purchase a domain to secure your website address, we do encourage you to do so, whether that be through Squarespace once you purchase our course and receive access to your backend or by securing it with a service such as GoDaddy.
After you purchase our course, you will receive a Squarespace Invite (that we authorize) within 72 business hours, providing access to your backend management, where you can purchase your domain.
